Payment of your booking

  • transferring to our bankaccount Rabo Bank Zevenbergen - Holland.
    IBAN: NL47 RABO 0159 81 88 34 – BIC: RABO NL 2U
  • transferring via PayPal. We will send you the invoice and instructions via Paypal.
    Surcharge for PayPal bookings is 5% of the total invoice.
You will receive the voucher for the hotelaccomodation by email;
possibly booked admissiontickets / Tickets Best in Show have to collect at our service-desk
in hotel Novotel Birmingham Airport.

Cancellation policy
 
Our cancellation policy for Trips to Crufts / Acccommodation for Crufts:
  • from bookingsdate till 01-01-2011: 10% of the invoice + tickets Crufts
  • from 01-01-2011 till 01-03-2011:    50% of the invoice + tickets Crufts
  • from 01-03-2010:                       100% of the invoice + tickets Crufts
